PROCESSING

All orders are made to order please allow 3-5 business days for processing time, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $100+

You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

TRANSIT TIME

Transit time does not include processing time (please see above).

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days*
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days*

*Please allow extra time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO destinations, and other U.S. territories.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
